As our Founding Software Engineer, you’ll play a defining role in shaping the future of our platform and team. From day one, you’ll help architect, build, and scale our system. This is a hands-on role where you’ll write code, help set the technical direction, and help grow a world-class engineering culture.

You’ll be building across our modern stack — React, Kotlin, PostgresQL, and Azure — while applying AI, clever engineering and efficient algorithms to solve real-world recruitment problems.

What You'll Do

• Help build software that allows recruiters to find the best matching candidates in seconds instead of days
• Contribute to solve problems end-to-end across our full stack, from frontend to infrastructure
• Build and architect a scalable and performant system to support best-in-class candidate sourcing
• Collaborate with the founders to shape product strategy and roadmap
• Help define our engineering culture and best practices
  

About You

• You’ve taken products from 0 → 1 and know what that journey looks like
• You're a generalist who thrives in ambiguity and loves solving problems across the stack
• You create simple solutions to complex problems
• You’ve worked with cloud infrastructure and know how to build scalable systems
• You have experience with working with LLMs and have an intuition for what they’re good at (and bad at)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience
• Experience across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Experience in cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or similar)
• Bonus: experience in solving complex search problems, experience with AI/ML products or talent-tech platforms
